Hitting them truths again. Let’s hope the League fixes player time contracts for the next season. Players need to ensure their contracts guarantee them so many matches AT LEAST within a stage.
Completely unfair, especially when see how great two benched players did yesterday. ( Snow and IDDQD ) And if the excuse comes down to better plays on same hero from other players. Have them focus down on it. Practice a lot! That way it balances out both game time, value a player feels AND lowers stress on players with higher pressure if they’re the ONLY player that can run a certain hero ( such as Surefour on Widowmaker. He made comments on the burn out and pressure he’s felt on being LAG’s only Widow player. )
Basically stop scraping the bottom of the butter tub to spread players too thin and maybe just… open those other full tubs to make that tasty bread!
with the new dallas fuel drama, i think it’s important to remember that the players are not at fault and it’s the shitty management’s fault. sure akm is a whiny bitch but he’s not as bad as the mess that is kyky
from xqc’s stream last night and other leaks, kyky and fuel management actively bully their players and there’s underlying racism to all of this. kyky’s “rascal imposes his Korean culture on us” comment is just the tip of the iceberg. unlike the glads when they got fissure, he didn’t bother with translators for rascal who’s never been in an english-speaking team. he expected rascal to become fluent in English in a MONTH and when he couldn’t do that, he went on a racist tirade and benched him
fuel management has a history of tearing down their players apparently because xqc said (grain of salt since it’s from his stream) they didn’t offer him any help when his stepdad kicked him out and they treated his disorders as a joke. not to mention that cocco had a breakdown from pressure and so kyky used that as an excuse to bench him and shit talk him when he can’t defend himself
so dallas fuel disbanding would probably be good for their players with how horrificly they’re being treated rn
