pumpkin-bane:

sometimes the community puts a lot of blame on individual players and the organization as a whole are left unchecked/ and unblamed.

Look at the Florida Mayhem- we learned from Logix’s who talked recently on his stream about the coaching staff of the Mayhem. According to him, coaches would just give them last minute advice before they went on stage. they came into matches with no game plan or strategies – just set up to fail.

And you can’t tell me that the same thing wasn’t happening on the Shanghai Dragons.

Or look at Effect from the Dallas Fuel- the pressure to perform on a team that was just failing- literally sent him spiraling and believing that it was his fault.

or LA Valiant and its “sister team” fiasco

or look at all the Bench players that apparently weren’t even scriming with the main roster.

What’s worse is that then it makes it potentially impossible for some of these players to find other teams/ORG’s because they are blacklisted- because they were “bad” even though they were on teams that were mismanaged and they just tried to do the best they could.
