what really fucks me up is that if blizzard made sure that the players had a union before season 1 started; Maybe? some of the problems players faced this year would have been solved or handled better but no the overwatch league left the safety and well being of hundreds of players in the hands of organizations whose only goal is to make money.
The fact that the league went into season one without a union is nothing short of negligence from blizzard and needs to be fixed by next season other wise i honesty can’t see my self supporting the league there has been so much evidence of player mistreatment and organization mismanagement from multiple teams and we’re not even in season 2. I can only hope that the orgs and the league gets there shit together before more people get hurt.
striker/neko/kalios had every fucking right to be upset bc of their working conditions and the shit they had to deal with but thats not going to stop any dumbasses from saying they shouldnt have lashed out and saying its their faults
