You know I used to really disagree with thoseĀ āOWL is too long!ā posts, but.
I havenāt been watching anyĀ of the games this stage. I just donāt have the energy? It feels like it shouldāve ended with stage 3; and yeah, the fact that I saw OWL in person probably has something to do with it but it just feels reallyā¦long, now. And to think thereās still plenty of OWL to goĀ what with playoffs and all star weekendā¦
There was this other post that mentioned other tournaments and how you canāt do anything on top of OWL and itās honestly true – does anybody really watch Contenders? Can there even beĀ other Overwatch tournaments? I love the League but it dominates so heavily (which Iām sure is what Blizzard wanted); I can only hope they take plentyĀ of notes on Season One and apply what theyāve learned to future seasons.
