ok so there’s also just flat out no analyst desk for OWWC? and teams have to practice ALL 16 maps and just hope for the best?? That’s a huge loss because having a reduced map pool helps teams practice way more and will allow for more quality overwatch. If anything we’re going to get stuck with GOATs or whatever generic comp is meta on 1.26 for some maps because teams don’t have enough time to practice unique comps on every map. How are teams going to display the highest level they can now? Plus, I don’t think it’ll be as great of a look for the investors watching the WC and that could be a loss for blizz/OWL.

I didn’t realize that World Cup was this weekend. Why am I not seeing any advertising for it. Especially since it’s the Korean division I would think blizzard would advertise it since it has the powerhouse teams Korea and Finland.
