I’m proud of Boston, even when they lost. Did you see the multiple hero switches mistakes and striker did within the 5 matches? Did you see note on Zarya? They’re trying out new stuff, and of course it the results aren’t immediate. They know what their main problem is (dps flexibility, mainly to projectile heroes like hanzo and pharah. This is NOT a bash on mistakes and striker. They were both original tracer players when they were recruited. They are incredibly talented players in their respective fields. Mistakes had to flex on positions he wasn’t comfortable in (widow, genji, sombra) they’ve done so well in adapting, but now teams are realizing their weak points and exploiting them). And they’re trying to adapt to that along with the new meta. those who are making fun of Boston for being in the bottom rank when they were undefeated during stage three need to consider the changes both to the meta AND realizing their weaknesses. Each stage, the meta changes, giving team play styles better advantages over the others (ex: Houston and Dallas with their slow and steady plays vs dive comps like Shanghai and Boston) But you can tell from this lav match that they’re rapidly improving on heroes they’ve never played on stage before.
